Washington County Jail Pre-Release Exit Program

Justice Involved Adults Employment Programs Pages:

The Washington County Jail Pre-Release Exit Program (PREP) provides workforce services to adults in custody in the Washington County jail. SE Works staff provide pre and post-release services related to stabilization services and supports upon release. These services and supports typically involve accessing housing, employment preparation, post release treatment, employment or other supervision requirements.

SE Works staff develop career plans with the participants, identifying longer-term workforce development goals and developing resources in prior to release. Staff may assist in educational planning that includes completing, submitting and approval of financial aid, admission into post-secondary training and education institutions.

This service is only delivered in the Washington County Jail.
