Language line telephone services offer customers with limited English proficiency staff proctored assistance to customers accessing Welcome and Intake processes. For services beyond these process, staff are available for questions.

JAWS Software

Worksource Portland Metro Southeast offers JAWS software on two computers for customer who are sight impaired to access Worksource services.
