SE Works is continually interested in expanding membership on our Board of Directors. This is an excellent opportunity for you to provide service and leadership to the southeast Portland community in a dynamic and engaging environment. Our Board is made up of community members, local businesses, past participants, and key partners who bring specific skills and experience reflective of the customers we serve. Board members serve two-year terms and have the option of renewing membership.
Board meetings are held the second Tuesday of the month from 5:30 - 7:00pm at SE Works. Dinner is provided. We meet 10 times a year, excluding the months of July and December. There are standing Executive, Finance, and Resource Development Committees. Other ad-hoc committees are organized to accomplish specific tasks. Board members are asked to contribute to the work of the committees as their interests and time allows.
